Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise at any Footwear Couture store, or mail it with the original sale receipt, within 60 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise. 
For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. 
PayPal purchases are non-refundable in store.

The original receipt, original packing receipt, or a copy of your Confirmation Email. 
One form of personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase.

2. To Make a Return to
Please note, we only process returns at if your purchase was made at, or home delivered. Regular store purchases must be turned to a store. Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). 
Enclose a completed return form. (Included with original packing slip)

Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. 
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. 
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. 
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post. 
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
